Majestic Residence

This 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom residence is located within Majestic Residence in Pattaya and was completed by 1010 Tech as a renovation and extension project. The scope of work focused on upgrading the existing home while expanding its living space to better suit long-term residential use. A key part of the project involved extending the upper floor, which required modifying and extending the roof structure to accommodate a newly built upstairs room. The work was carefully integrated into the existing architecture to ensure structural integrity and a cohesive overall appearance.
