A 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom pool villa in Nong Prue, Pattaya, renovated by 1010 Tech. The project was designed for long-term family living, with a focus on practicality, comfort, and durable finishes. The renovation included a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi, a car garage, a large garden area, and a BBQ space. Interior work covered a spacious kitchen and an open living and dining area, creating a functional layout suitable for everyday use.
