The Blue House

This modern 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom pool villa was built by 1010 Tech in the Huai Yai area. The project focused on clean lines, practical living, and a balanced use of space, making it well suited for comfortable everyday living. The villa featured a medium-sized private swimming pool with blue tile finishes, which complemented the blue window accents. The exterior design was primarily white, combined with shades of grey and black to create a modern, understated look. Inside, the layout was simple and functional, with well-proportioned living spaces and a bathroom equipped with a built-in jacuzzi.
