The Fortress

This 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom super villa was built by 1010 Tech at Phoenix Gold Golf Club, Huai Yai. Spread across three storeys, the villa was designed to be solid, secure, and reliable, with the goal of creating a home that feels safe, private, and easy to live in over the long term. The structure was built with a fortress-style concept, including reinforced construction and a bulletproof glass front entrance. The villa is also self-sustaining in terms of electricity, using a solar panel system to eliminate reliance on the grid. Its elevated position offers open views across the golf course. The property includes a large swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces.
